Terms of Service — FamOrbit

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the FamOrbit mobile application ("FamOrbit") or associated web platforms at famorbit.buywisehub.in (operated under BuyWiseHub), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the app.

2. Subscriptions, Pricing & 7-Day Free Trial

Plans & Billing: FamOrbit offers both a Free Tier (1 child device) and Premium Subscriptions:

Monthly Plan: $2.99 per month, billed monthly.
Annual Plan: $19.99 per year (~45% discount), billed annually.

7-Day Free Trial Policy: Eligible users selecting the Annual subscription receive a 7-day complimentary free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day free trial period through your Google Play Store account settings and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the end of the 7 days, your account will automatically convert to the annual subscription.

Google Play Billing & Auto-Renewal: All payments, renewals, and cancellations are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

How to Cancel: Open the Google Play Store on your Android device → tap your Profile Icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → tap FamOrbit → tap Cancel Subscription.

3. Parental Authority & Authorized Use

FamOrbit is intended strictly for use by parents, legal guardians, or authorized educators to supervise and guide minor children for whom they possess legal supervisory authority. You represent and warrant that you will not install FamOrbit on any device without the lawful consent of the device owner or legal custodian.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FamOrbit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we employ rigorous engineering standards to ensure high reliability, push message delivery, and tamper resistance, FamOrbit is a digital wellbeing tool and does not substitute for active parental supervision, physical safety measures, or professional counseling.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, software algorithms, graphics, and trademarks associated with FamOrbit are the proprietary property of FamOrbit and BuyWiseHub. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial family use.
