Instant Deletion Inside the FamOrbit App
You can immediately and permanently delete your entire family account from the app without waiting for manual processing:
- Open FamOrbit on the Parent Phone.
- Ensure you are in Parent Mode (enter your 4-digit PIN if prompted).
- Scroll to Settings & Data Management at the bottom.
- Tap "Delete Family Account & Cloud Data".
- Confirm the deletion dialog.
⚡ Result: All family pairing records, child profiles, and active rules are immediately purged from our cloud servers.
Submit a Web Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, you can submit a manual erasure request by emailing our privacy team:
Send an email with subject "Data Erasure Request" to:

What Data is Permanently Deleted?
- Unique Family UUID and Parent Security PIN hash
- All Child profiles, avatars, and linked device identifiers
- Configured app rules, daily limits, and bedtime schedules
- FCM push notification registration tokens
- Time request logs and history
